Comfortable Beachfront Lodging in the Homer Spit

Truly stay in the center of it all when visiting the Homer Spit. Just outside the door are the many shops, galleries, and restaurants, yet on your beachside deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you swear you are miles away. The lodging is conveniently located above Central Charters & Tours, across the street from the Homer harbor.

Your first night stay with us includes a small cleaning fee, each additional night is at the standard rate without a cleaning fee. Please no pets. Come stay multiple nights with us to make the most out of your time in Homer!

Mariners Roost is the largest of our suites, with a full kitchen and living room and two separate bedrooms. Mariners Roost can also access the other rooms by interlocking doors in order to configure additional bedrooms with bathrooms to accommodate large groups. Mariners Roost features a large deck overhanging the beach below and a barbecue grill.
