Discover the newest addition to the Central Charter’s fleet!

The Crusader is the newest addition to the Central Charter’s fleet. It is 31′ aluminum boat built by Raider Boats out of Washington. The Crusader features a spacious back deck and two 300HP outboard engines. Inside the heated cabin is comfortable seating for 6 passengers with a table for eating lunch & a berth in the bow for storing gear or taking a quick nap. There is a private restroom on board with a full size toilet, accessible from the back deck. The Crusader is outfitted with top of the line fishing gear for Halibut, Salmon, and Rockfish as well as state of the art electronics and navigation for finding those secret spots where the fish hide.

The twin 300HP outboards offer a quiet fast ride, allowing Captain Faith to regal you with fish stories and adventures at sea. The Crusader slices through the water speeding to the fishing grounds to maximize your time with lines in the water.

We offer full day Halibut, Halibut & Salmon combos, and Halibut & Rockfish combos. Captain Faith has been fishing the waters of Kachemak Bay, Cook Inlet and the Gulf of Alaska for many years and loves finding you the best fish possible. A fishing trip on the Crusader is sure to be a memory that will last a life time.

No experience necessary! Captain Faith will help you with every aspect of catching fish and having a blast at the same time!

The minimum age allowed for the safety of everyone on board is 8 years old. If you have a family with members younger than 8 please call us to talk about booking a private charter for just your group. By booking a private boat the age limit is more flexible.

All the fishing gear, bait & filleting is supplied. All you need to bring is your fishing licenses, food & drink, and rain gear if you have it.

Due to the 2023 Halibut fishing regulations we are no longer allowed to offer “traditional” charter halibut fishing trips on any Tuesdays between June 20th and August 15th, HOWEVER, we can still offer Halibut fishing charters for you on those Tuesdays. We can do this because of the Federally sponsored GAF program that allows the conversion of commercial halibut quota to sport fish quota. Please give us a call for a more in-depth explanation.

2023 halibut regulations; two halibut per person per day with no annual limit. Each day you can retain one halibut of any size and one halibut that is 28 inches (in overall length) or less. No Halibut fishing on Wednesdays.
